1. Q: Are RC lithium batteries safe? Is there a risk of explosion?
A: Safety is a top priority in our battery design. Each battery is equipped with a BMS that provides protection against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuits, and overheating. If any abnormal condition is detected, the system automatically triggers protection measures or warning functions.
2. Q: What certifications are available? Can the batteries be exported internationally?
A: Yes. Depending on the destination market, our products can be supplied with international certifications such as UN38.3, MSDS, CE, RoHS, and IEC 62133, ensuring compliance with international transportation and regulatory requirements for both air and sea shipment.
3. Q: Is battery heating during charging normal? What temperature is considered abnormal?
A: A slight temperature increase during charging is normal. However, charging should be stopped if the battery surface temperature exceeds 50°C. During discharge, operation should be suspended if the battery surface temperature exceeds 70°C, and the battery should be allowed to cool to room temperature before continued use. The recommended charging ambient temperature range is 0°C to 45°C.
