Our History
Huaqian contemporary is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales, and service of lithium-ion battery products. The company maintains long-term cooperative relationships with renowned universities and research institutions-such as Beijing Institute of Technology, Harbin Institute of Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Fifth Electronics Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Max Planck Society-and has jointly established an off-campus graduate internship base with Beijing Institute of Technology, facilitating internships for a total of 30 participants to date.
Production Equipment
Cell Winding / Stacking Process
Using high-precision automated equipment, the cathode, anode, and separator are accurately assembled through winding or stacking technology to form the battery cell core, providing a solid foundation for subsequent enclosure, electrolyte filling, and formation processes.
Fully Automated Production Line
Our fully automated production line integrates cell sorting, positioning, nickel strip feeding, and precision spot welding, enabling efficient and highly consistent battery pack assembly while improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
Automatic Cell Sorting
Each battery cell is automatically inspected and matched based on key parameters such as voltage, internal resistance, and capacity, ensuring excellent consistency, balanced performance, and long-term reliability of every battery pack.
Automatic Precision Spot Welding
Advanced automated spot welding equipment precisely connects nickel strips to battery cell terminals, ensuring stable electrical conductivity, consistent weld quality, and enhanced structural reliability of the battery pack.
Battery Pack Aging Test
Every battery pack undergoes comprehensive aging tests, including charge-discharge cycling, standby aging, and performance verification, to validate capacity, consistency, and BMS protection functions, ensuring long-term safety, stability, and dependable performance.
